Anyone in the State of Michigan can use this link to sign up for the Permanent Absentee Voter Registry. BE SURE TO CHECK THE BOX INDICATING THAT YOU WISH TO RECEIVE AN ABSENTEE BALLOT AUTOMATICALLY FOR EVERY FUTURE ELECTION.

​If you sign up for the Permanent Absentee Voter registry and then move, you do not need to sign up again. Your Permanent Absentee Registry will follow you to your new Michigan address.

Pontiac November Election
While Election Day is November 4, 2025, you can vote early in-person from Saturday, October 25 until Sunday, November 2 at the Pontiac Library (60 E. Pike Street). If you have a completed Absentee Ballot, you can skip the line altogether and go to the front of the line during early voting.
Thursdays: Noon until 8:00 PM
All other days: 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM
Election Day: November 3 – vote at your local precinct between 7 am and 8 pm.

If you need to register to vote at your new address in Michigan, you can use this link. if you change your voter registration, it will automatically change your driver's license address too. Likewise, if you change your driver's license address, your voter registration address will automatically change and you do not need to complete this form.
